A CPD Day for Practice Educators and Work Based Supervisors facilitated by the Practice Educator Learning Partnership to include a keynote presentation from Esmee Samara on Emotional Intelligence and workshops for discussion, strategies and tools.
Aims and Objectives for the day: • Understanding Emotional Intelligence and why this is important for Social Workers • Discussions of students’ experiences of support – what’s worked? • How to talk to students about Emotion – strategies and tools.
