Please see below information about the forthcoming Placement Supervisor workshop. Ros Dray and Fiona Cusack are part of the Practice Learning team at Bournemouth University and have put together some materials to create a Placement Supervisor workshop for Spring 2021.

If you are interested in supporting a student from Bournemouth University as a Placement Supervisor, then this workshop will help you understand what is required, and help you reflect on what it is like to support a learner in practice. Whether you are new to the role, or wish to refresh your skills and knowledge, you are invited to use the materials and join the online session.

Content:

1. Two pre-recorded sessions (see below) to help you understand the Placement Supervisor role and providing supervision to a student.
