A CPD Day for Practice Educators and Work Based Supervisors facilitated by the Practice Educator Learning Partnership, to include a keynote presentation from Professor Lee-Ann Fenge, Professor of Social Care at Bournemouth University, and workshops with Service Users.

Aims and Objectives for the Day:

• Explore how confident Practice Educators and Work Based Supervisors are to work with students to manage risk
• Analyse Practice Educator and Work Based Supervisor ability to manage student desire to ‘rescue’
• Evaluate approaches for Practice Educators to support students where they have to relinquish a case.

This event is for Practice Educators and Work-Based Supervisors only across the Pan-Dorset and Wiltshire Social Work Teaching Partnership.
